  • This session is for anyone curious about how their body moves and functions. Spend two hours with Rene to uncover your movement patterns, strengths, and weaknesses, and leave with a personalized plan to restore balance and support long-term wellbeing.

  • Personalized bodywork and massage with Kayla. Massage sessions are designed to support the body in releasing tension, restoring mobility, and encouraging overall balance. Treatments may include deep tissue massage, fascial work, cupping therapy, and techniques that support nervous system regulation. As a certified TEH energy healing practitioner, subtle energy work may also be incorporated to support deeper relaxation and integration.

  • Massage and bodywork tailored for the body as it changes—supporting you through pregnancy by creating space in both body and mind for the next chapter. Postpartum care focuses on deep rest and gentle reorganization of the body to promote recovery and resilience. Home visits are available.

  • Six postpartum sessions with Kayla to be used in 3 months, with a 10% discount. Postpartum care is ideally received over a series of sessions, allowing the body to gradually recover, rebalance, and integrate after birth.

  • Six home visits for postpartum bodywork with Kayla to be used in 3 months, with a 10% discount. In the comfort of your own home.
