Do you take insurance?

We are a direct-pay practice, which allows us to focus fully on patient care rather than insurance requirements. Insurance companies often limit the time, treatments, and clinical decisions practitioners can offer. By working outside of the insurance system, we are able to provide longer sessions, individualized care, and treatment plans guided by what is best for you - not what is dictated by an insurance policy.

Payment is due at the time of service, and we are happy to provide a detailed receipt that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursment.

What Package deals do you offer?

We offer several different package deals to help with affordable long term care:

  • The Alignment Series - Six 90 minute PT sessions with Rene to be used in 4 months, 10% discount. $999

  • The Longevity Series - Ten 2 Hour PT sessions with Rene to be used within the year, 10% discount. $2,250

  • Postpartum Series - Six postpartum sessions with Kayla to be used in 3 months, 10% discount. $810

  • Postpartum HOME Series - Six home visits for postpartum bodywork with Kayla, 10% discount. $1,350

  • 6 Packs for either 90 minute Therapeutic Massages or 60 Minute Therapeutic Massages

Where do you travel for home postpartum visits?

How can I prepare for my sessions?

Drink plenty of water throughout the day before your sessions. If you have a session with Rene that concerns the lower extremities please bring or wear shorts, if you are a female and it involves the upper extremities please wear a sports bra or tank top for manual therapy accessibility.
